The first tornado outbreak of 2015 strikes the Midwest

Severe storms and at least three tornadoes struck several states on Wednesday night in the first severe weather outbreak of 2015, which is an unusually late start to tornado season. Kansas and Oklahoma each saw tornadoes, killing one person and injuring several others, according to Reuters. The storms devastated homes and businesses during the evening hours.


Suburbs of Oklahoma City and Tulsa were among those most affected by the high winds, tornadoes and large hail.
