BARCELONA — Smartwatches notoriously look more like mini computers on the wrist than an actual classic timepiece, but Chinese manufacturer Huawei unveiled its first shot at the growing market on Sunday with a gorgeous smartwatch you'd actually want to wear and be proud to show off to friends.
The Huawei Watch, which was announced at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona, Spain, is an elegant circular watch that runs on Google's Android Wear software. The company is targeting both men and women with the product, allowing users to personalize it based on colors (silver, black and gold), a variety of band options and 40 different watch faces.
