Alecsandro scored a brace of goals as Flamengo beat Vasco da Gama 2-1 in the Maracana on Sunday—including probably his first and last assist from rain.
Rain was plummeting down in Rio de Janeiro, and the conditions were tough. But when the Vasco goalkeeper threw a short ball out to his defender, he wasn't expecting the ball to plug in the pitch.
It did, and Alecsandro took advantage in bizarre circumstances.
