It's a shotgun wedding and Cyrus is the pregnant bride!
They say that third time's the charm, so maybe this time it's a happily ever after for Cyrus Beene and his escort boy-toy-turned-fiancé, Michael. On this week's episode of Scandal, OPA are put in charge of an arranged marriage — and things don't quite go off without a hitch (pun intended).
Marriage isn't something most people jump into lightly, and Cyrus has certainly been doing his share of dragging his feet. You can hardly blame the guy — his first two marriages weren't exactly grand successes, as we learn in a series of flashbacks. The first one being to a woman — someone who has given 16 years to Cyrus before realizing he was gay. The second marriage to James, while less murky on the sexual orientation front, was also filled with all sorts of lies, manipulations, ethical compromises — and a tragic death, one Cyrus is still mourning.
