The San Antonio Spurs are rounding into postseason form as the regular season winds down.
The defending champions entered Sunday having won their last four games and six of the last 10 as they looked to take down a weakened Chicago Bulls squad.
On a day when Tim Duncan failed to make a single field goal for the first time in his illustrious career, Tony Parker picked up the slack, scoring a season-high 32 points to lead the Spurs to a 116-105 victory.
The depleted Bulls got a nice effort from All-Star power forward Pau Gasol, who scored 23 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. Derrick Rose stand-in Aaron Brooks added 22 points in 26 minutes.
Kawhi Leonard chipped in 20 points and eight boards for the Spurs.
Both teams are still jockeying for position in their respective conferences' playoff standings, with Chicago currently in fourth in the East and San Antonio claiming the No. 6 spot out West.
