Boston Celtics color analyst Tommy Heinsohn has developed a reputation as a homer while calling Celtics games, and he did not hide his bias on what he deemed a "TERRIBLE" offensive foul call on Jared Sullinger on Friday.
The Celtics went on to lose 109-102 to the Chicago Bulls.
