Watch the 'Force Majeure' director melt down after Oscar snub

LOS ANGELES — If that isn't Force Majeure director Ruben Ă–stlund (above, right) actually watching — and then utterly melting down about — not getting an Oscar nomination for Best Foreign Language Film, well then give these two some honorary statues, because that is some great acting.


No one's been able to definitively prove that this is a truly live, candid response — some seem to believe it was faked, most don't — but it's been presented on the film's Facebook page after the film was stunningly snubbed during Thursday' nominations. The scene, which was titled "Worst Man Cry," mirrors a moment in Force Majeure where an arrogant man breaks down wailing in front of his wife. Read more...
