Rich man-child Dandy Mott, in a gruesome season about freaks, was the most terrifying freak in the land during Wednesday's American Horror Story: Freak Show finale

As the freshly minted ringleader, Dandy had yet another meltdown, this time taking his frustrations out by murdering nearly the entire freak show lineup with a golden gun

The massacre, early in the episode no less, sent viewers into a tizzy. Like clockwork, many expressed their shock and disbelief on Twitter:
