Little by little Central American footballers are starting to get noticed. Every year more and more players leave their countries to try their luck in other countries of the American Continent and Europe.
Joel Campbell and Keylor Navas are some of the most appealing and known Central Americans in world football. Their performance in the 2014 World Cup opened some of the most exclusive doors in England and Spain.
