I'm a computer science major; could you please give me advice on the best way to study (especially for math classes)? How do you get good grades at top universities? Please give me specific directions (i.e. What you do before lectures, after and during weekends? How do you study from textbooks? How do you take tests? How much do you study?, etc.).

The most important thing is to keep track of your strength of understanding of the material. [At MIT], I saw a lot of people who thought that they understood what was going on in a class, but could easily get tripped up by the basics even after the class had moved onto more advanced topics.
