In the main event, Amir Khan and Devon Alexander meet in a 12-round welterweight bout with huge implications for the future of the division.
Both Khan (29-3, 19 KO) and Alexander (26-2, 14 KO) have been mentioned as possible future foes for pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, and each man will be looking to seal that deal with a big performance.
In the co-feature, welterweight power puncher and rising star Keith "One Time" Thurman (23-0, 21 KO) takes on unbeaten but little-known Leonard Bundu (31-0-2, 11 KO).
On the undercard, former featherweight champion Abner Mares (27-1-1, 14 KO) faces off with the rugged Jose Ramirez (25-4, 15 KO).
And in the opening contest, junior middleweight contender Jermall Charlo (19-0, 15 KO) takes on Lenny Bottai (22-2, 9 KO).
