Thought you were addicted to Dots before? Get ready to really get sucked in again: Its successor, TwoDots, picked up a lot of tricks from one of the most profitable mobile games ever, Candy Crush Saga.
TwoDots, which was released Thursday on iOS, scraps the original game's timed approach to clearing as many dots from the screen in a minute. Instead, players are greeted with a map and levels to clear, each with its own objective.
The mechanics will be familiar to Dots players: Create lines between dots of the same color to eliminate them from the screen and make a square to eliminate all the dots of that color. But instead of swiping as fast as possible to clear the screen, your moves should be much more deliberate.
