Daredevil Flaviu Cernescu released a video on his YouTube page in which he climbs a massive 919-foot chimney in Pitesti, Romania, using a sketchy cable and old, rusty ladders hanging off the side. Once Cernescu makes it to the top of the structure, he walks across the open chimney on a metal beam — twice

According to a website dedicated to skyscrapers, the chimney was intended to be used for a coal-fired power plant that was never completed, but there are apparently plans to turn the structure into an observation tower
