These 6 Images Prove That We Are Hurting The Minds Of Our Children

Remember those classes in school where you just felt like a weirdo for trying to learn in a way that worked for you? I do.

I feel less weird about those moments now.

The gentlepeople and scholars at TED put this GIF set together, and for that I am grateful. Spread that idea, TED! This GIF set is from the most-viewed TED talk EVER, by the way. If you wanna thank Sir Ken (we're on a first-name basis now — it's the creative way to go about it, I decided) for saying all he said and spreading this great idea, you can do so on Twitter!

This GIF set also began part of its life as a video on Upworthy, where Rollie referred to creativity-squashers as "horrifying demons." I'm inclined to agree with him.
