Sim Bhullar, a Massive 7-Foot-5 Center, Becomes First NBA Player of Indian Descent

The Sacramento Kings have signed the NBA's first player of Indian descent: Sim Bhullar, a massive center standing 7-feet, 5-inches tall, and weighing in at around 360 pounds.


Toronto native Bhullar, 21, played college basketball at New Mexico State University. He was the tallest player in the NCAA this season, but went undrafted in June.



The Kings signed Bhullar on Thursday, although contract details were not releasedCBS Sports reported that Bhullar was likely signed to a non-guaranteed rookie-level contract.
