How We Are Fooling Ourselves Into Eating 'All Natural' Foods

This is a jokey joke of a video, but it gets to the reality of what we have been trained to look for on the grocery store shelves. Instead of looking at the front of the packages at all, it might be a better habit to just turn it over and only read the back. Y'know, where they list all the tongue-twisting ingredients? Could learn some new vocab words that way, I guess.






Original by Only Organic. Some folks might not be too keen on trusting the USDA Organic sticker/label either ... but there is a clear winner in all food arguments: Try to steer clear from over-processed foods, and eat whole foods as much as possible.
