- 4 salmon steaks (or 4 tuna steaks)
How to Prepare:

How to Prepare:
- Heat a medium-sized saucepan over medium high heat and then melt the butter. Add the onions to the pan and sauté until they are well softened.
- Next, take the remaining ingredients, except the turkey and buns, and add them to the pan. You will need to reduce the heat to low and then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. After that, taste the dish for seasoning.
- Put the turkey in a large skillet over medium low heat and then add enough sauce in order to moisten the meat generously. Be careful not to make the meat soupy. Cover and cook the turkey for about 10 minutes or until it is hot. Serve immediately on hamburger buns.
5. Beef Barbecue
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 1 pint of tomatoes
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 (4 ounce) can of tomato sauce (or tomato paste)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped, optional)
- 1 lb of beef (cubed)
- 1/4 cup of beer or red wine (optional)
How to Prepare:
- Simply put all of the ingredients in saucepan and then cook for about 4 hours while stirring often.
- After four hours, serve the beef barbecue on hamburger rolls and then top it with coleslaw.
6. Hamburger Barbecue
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lbs of ground beef (cooked and drained)
- 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup
- 3/4 cup of tomato juice
How to Prepare:
- First, you will need to mix the cooked ground beef with onion in a large frying pan.
- In a measuring cup or bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients in order to make a sauce.
- Put the sauce over the ground beef and onion mixture and then cook on medium high until it is well heated through. Be sure to stir occasionally.
- Depending on how dry or runny you like your hamburger barbecue, you can adjust the amount of tomato juice used as you wish. Serve on regular bread or hamburger rolls.
