Certainly you've heard the refrain by now: The dollar is up against the Euro and the British pound, which means 2015 is the best year in a decade for getting value from a European vacation.

And it's true, whether you're looking for a luxury holiday or budget trip.

"Now's the time," Brian Kelly, founder of The Points Guy, told Mashable. "The Euro, depending on the day, is definitely dipping."

But whether it starts to bounce back, or continues to decline, is uncertain.
