It's an accident you could see coming from a mile away.

This guy — who looks old enough to have known better — held a bunch of balloons a little too close to the candles on a birthday cake, resulting in a ball of flames.

Everyone is laughing, so it doesn't appear anyone was hurt. Except for his dignity, of course.
