Minnesota Timberwolves rookie Andrew Wiggins played with a little extra motivation on Tuesday, going against the team that selected him No. 1 overall in the 2014 NBA draft before trading him in the offseason.
In the third quarter against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Wiggins blew by Shawn Marion on his way to the rim for a one-handed slam dunk. Kevin Love might have had a chance to contest the shot, but he decided not to risk ending up on a poster.
The Timberwolves trailed 96-79 at the end of the third quarter, but Wiggins had played a solid game up to that point, putting up 22 points on 7-of-13 shooting.
