We first met Azalina Eusope back in June, when she had locked down a space for both a commissary and a brick-and-mortar space in Twitter's San Francisco headquarters after a two-year hunt for the locations. Since then, it's been a whirlwind for this entrepreneur, who's been setting up her kitchen and new restaurant while also maintaining her successful food truck, catering business and line of sauces at Whole Foods.
"I learned so much about myself these last six months," says Azalina, whom we've watched talk with contractors, interview potential hires and whip up batches of scrumptious Malaysian food in the wee hours of the morning.
