Thick fog ground the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including its massive and busy airport, to a near standstill on Tuesday morning. As often happens in New York City and Chicago, which are home to the nation's tallest skyscrapers, just a few downtown buildings poked out above the fog
For workers in those buildings, the sky was not overcast, but rather "undercast," which is a term not often used in weather forecasting.
