Every once in a while comes a speech so inspiring, so motivating, that it redefines human existence. This Target employee's Black Friday speech is that moment

Scot, from a Target in Westminster, Maryland, prepared his fellow employees for battle with a speech that may sound familiar — it's a slightly amended version of the "This is Sparta" speech from 300.

"Whatever comes through those gates, you will stand your ground with a smile on your face. They come here with bargains in their heads and fire in their eyes and we shall give those bargains to them."
