Martin, who stepped down as Reddit's general manager in October, is working on another project with a funny name but a noble ambition: Assholes on Demand. The idea, according to the website that he unveiled to loud applause at the Mashable Media Summit on Friday, is to recruit "resourceful assholes" who can help primarily senior citizens, non-English speakers and active military members with their "customer service nightmares."
