New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter is playing his final game at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night, but before the matchup with the Baltimore Orioles, he wanted to thank the entire city of New York.
Prior to the contest, fans received this farewell letter from Jeter that was actually quite candid, thanking the city.
After 20 seasons with the Yankees, this was a pretty classy way to go out.
