After inspiring assertions that they had finally turned the corner during last weekend's 4-0 win over QPR, Manchester United now face another newly promoted side, Leicester City, hoping to continue their resurgence.
The Foxes, propelled by the goals of forward Leonardo Ulloa, have been undoubtedly the most impressive of the new sides in the league this season—so the game at the King Power Stadium should be a useful barometer of whether United are actually a different, improved side now, or whether QPR are simply a very poor one at this stage of the season.
That Old Trafford victory was masterminded by the brilliant play of Angel di Maria, while Daley Blind and Marcos Rojo also impressed. With those players again available to him, along with striker Radamel Falcao, Louis van Gaal will surely be confident of adding another three points.
The game kicks off at 1:30 p.m. UK time (8:30 a.m. ET), so join us around 45 minutes beforehand for the team news as it comes in and all the pre-match atmosphere.
