Acompli Launches App to Simplify Mobile Email

Email apps like Mailbox have gotten a lot of attention for features like gesture-based controls and and their ability to help you reach Inbox Zero

But Acompli, an email app that rolled out to the public Thursday, aims to simplify email by making it easier for users to use email while on the go.

The app, which currently supports Gmail and Microsoft Exchange email accounts, includes features for faster search and file discovery and a built-in calendar that allows users to switch between emails and calendar appointments without leaving the app.
