Jose Mourinho 's Chelsea return hasn't been without it's trials and tribulations this season, but with the Blues going strong in the Premier League and Champions League, it's clear the impact he has had at Stamford Bridge.
There's a renewed sense of harmony in west London, with chants from the terraces these days being far more positive when it comes to the manager—unlike seasons past where fans had called for the head of Rafa Benitez and others.
Mourinho has got Chelsea moving in the right direction again and a big part of it surrounds his motivation of the players and fans alike.
