Six Places to Dine in Keswick

The Lake District is one of the most beautiful – and most visited – parts of the country. And Keswick, right in the heart of the Lake District, is full of interesting shops, galleries and attractions. It also has some fantastic eateries and here we go through our six favourite places to dine out in Keswick!

The Bistro at the Distillery

The Michelin guide-recommended eatery is actually set in a former Victorian cattle parlour and boasts tasteful modern decor. Whether you want a full three course evening meal or just want to pop in during the day for a coffee and slice of homemade cake, the Bistro at the Distillery is the ideal place!

The Old Keswickian

Situated on Market Square in the middle of town this very popular restaurant has an excellent reputation for the quality of its traditional fish and chips. The premises are licensed to serve alcohol too.

Keswick is a magnet for walkers (both human and canine) and many shops, pubs and eateries appreciate the importance of welcoming dogs into their establishments.
